As people's living standards rising,more and more people have the ability to use the car;the progress in science and technology makes car electronics and car navigation have rapid development.As the core module of car navigation systems,data retrieval module plays a vital role in the overall system.This research is about the data retrieval module of the car navigation system.From the function of car navigation systems introduction started,first described the research needs of data retrieval subject;then analyzed the KIWI data format;and then designed the data retrieval module structure;Finally,using the C/C++ programming language implements the core functionality of data retrieval module.In the process of implementation,through memory mapping methods to solve the problem of data files read;by analyzing different types of data storage characteristics,identify the high efficiency of data storage.Designed the surrounding search algorithm to enhance the user experience;then designed the temporary table improved the efficiency of data retrieval;designed algorithm automatically filled,saving the user's input time;Finally,the test results show that the data retrieval module has a good practical application.This study not only achieved the basic functions of data retrieval,but also enhanced the efficiency of data retrieval.Whether it is for on-board navigation project development or for the expansion of data retrieval theory,this study has a very positive meaning.
