Research On Software Quality Quantitative Management Of LC Company Based On CMMI High Maturity

With the innovation and development of cloud computing, Internet, mobile applications, such as information technology, portals, e-commerce, micro channel, payment platform and so on each kind of computer software application to cover all aspects of social life and greatly improves the efficiency of the office and living, people of software rely on it more and more. At the same time, the scope of the software is expanding, its complexity is increasing, and the progress, quality and cost of the software project are more difficult to control. With the deepening of the innovation of software technology and application of the, software defects caused by the frequent accidents, software safety and quality problems caused by economic and social costs continue to rise, and even cause personal safety. For IT enterprises, with the continuous expansion of the industry, the rapid growth of enterprises, the fierce competition in the information market, software quality has become the key factors affecting customer satisfaction. Customer requirements for quality not only stay in the realization of the function, stability, ease of use and other user experience has made great expectations.Software quality is achieved through a variety of categories of defect reactions. The traditional defect management is to record, track, and not in the development process of the quality of the warning and take measures. IT enterprise quality management department hopes to be able to improve the quality of software delivery through scientific software quality management and prediction. CMMI is a successful software process improvement model, and it has been widely used in China. It includes a series of process improvement and software quality related process domains.In this paper, combined with the actual process capability of LC company and software development project, combined with the study of the implementation process of CMMI5 level project in the company:(1) Combing the quality assurance process based on CMMI. (2) According to the organization objectives and process capability of the company, we established a quality management index based on CMMI high maturity, namely the process performance baseline, process performance model. (3) Combined with the specific project examples to verify and promote. Will the idea of CMMI quantitative management further applied to test design, quality evaluation (project, etc., also through the establishment of model, effectively monitor and predict the defects, when the deviation from the target quality, relevant personnel to take measures of the project adjustment, including project plans and resources, the project process control in the future. Finally can effectively improve the software quality, improve customer satisfaction, to ensure the realization of organizational goals.
