With the continuous development of information technology,network education and multimedia technology integration,not only for the teachers and students brought a vivid image of the content of education,and the education in different places,so that resource sharing more convenient,but also on the multimedia resources of colleges and universities management and puts forward new requirements.Because the amount of information storage and data is very large,it is very difficult to realize the centralized storage of resources.More and more multimedia courseware resources are accumulated over many years,which is more and more difficult to search,call and share effectively.Therefore,it is necessary to use the digital technology and storage technology,which can effectively solve the problems of the storage,transmission and sharing of the courseware.Aiming at these problems,this paper studies digital storage media resources,and on the basis of the design and architecture of digital media resource management system based on B/S structure,the system after the actual operation proves that can carry on effective management of digital media resources,and improve the quality of digital media resources storage and retrieval efficiency.This paper first introduces the background and significance of this study,the domestic and foreign research status of multimedia resource management system,the research contents of this article,the system is based on B/S structure,the system uses UML modeling method to describe the system,developing and using enterprise J2EE framework to implement the system;the business process based on multimedia the actual resource management as the basis,based on the system demand analysis and the actual business process,the overall architecture of the system,the overall structure and function module design,this paper then describes the system function and system timing case structure;in the implementation stage,this paper focuses on the system environment,system configuration are described.,and the core module of the system of the design and implementation of the function;finally,this paper through the function test to test Feasibility of the certificate system.Compared with the traditional multimedia management mode,the system is more intelligent and informative.Each resource module of the system is mutually independent and mutually matched,through the combination of the modules and the association,the multimedia data can be realized to upload,download and query and other business functions.Through the practical application of the system indicates that the system interface is simple and clear,can realize the efficient storage and fast retrieval of the digital media resources,through a unified interface style,the system of the whole operation efficiency has been provided.This system provides a convenient operation platform for the information construction of colleges and universities,and greatly improves the efficiency of the work and management of colleges and universities.At the same time,the system carries on the classified management to the data information,which provides the convenience for the information inquiry of the higher learning institutions.Therefore,the establishment of the system platform,effectively solve the storage of multimedia data,remote transmission,sharing and other issues.
