Design And Implementation Of Media Resource Management System Of Discipline Propaganda Department Of Yingkou City

At present,the Propaganda Department lacks systematic support in media collection,resource application and approval.With the rapid growth of the demand and quantity of media applications,the existing manual management model is difficult to meet the needs of the use of business,which easily leads to inadequate control,information asymmetry and high communication management costs.In order to effectively solve the needs of fast retrieval,fast search,fast reading and convenient use of media resources,it is urgent to build a media resource management system to achieve the goal of saving manpower and material resources and improving work efficiency.Firstly,this paper investigates the current situation of teaching resources management,and analyses the business processes of resource acquisition,resource management and resource sharing.At the same time,according to the principle of low coupling,the system is divided into seven modules: user login,resource collection,resource publishing,resource audit,resource retrieval,daily business management and user management.The system uses J2 EE as the basic development platform,Oracle as the database,Java as the development language and Lucene as the retrieval technology.It solves a series of problems such as inefficient retrieval,slow user response and lack of effective organization of resources when the amount of resources and data is large.Through rigorous unit testing,integration testing and use case testing,it ensures that the functional and non-functional requirements of the system meet the requirements of the specification.After testing,it ensures that the functional and non-functional requirements of the system meet the requirements of the specification.After the resource management system puting on line,it solidifies the resource upload,management,sharing,statistics and storage business,greatly simplifies the workload of resource managers,reduces the management cost of departments,and improves the satisfaction of users at all levels.
