In recent years,information technology has been integrated into every territory of industry.The electronic office system has led to rapid growth to the storage capacity of electronic information.Therefore more and more enterprises are facing a severe situation of managing such large scale of information.The conventional unitary storage management model has shown its deficiency to meet the management team's requirements on information resources to be managed coordinately,stored securely and confidentially,as well as to meet the employee's requirements on information resources to be utilized efficiently and transmitted conveniently.To settle the issue of managing resources for enterprises,this article brought in the concept of cloud storage theory,and established a new resource management model for such a problem by utilizing cloud storage and network transmission technology.On the basis of studying and analyzing the requirements of electronic information management plan from a company,this article designed and accomplished a system with B/S architecture,in order to manage(according to users' habit)and store different types of electronic information,with adoption of cloud storage technology.The system adopts Java language and Eclipse 4.7 as development environment at front-end,and Oracle 10 g as database at back-end.Each user may upload classified information stored on personal office computers to cloud server for management,as well as share resources to other users within the system for browsing.In such way,the resources shall be ensured with both security and sharing possibility.The system also provides various models for other functions,including online preview,collection management,fuzzy query,downloads count,public resource presentation platform etc.The resource management system utilizes protocol header information of HTTP protocol,designed and accomplished a file transfer mode,which supports multi-threading and resuming from breakpoint,resolves the problem of recovering from sudden interruption and transferring remaining files,improves efficiency of file transfer,and reduces the storage pressure brought to the server by temporary files during file transfer process.By utilizing LDAP protocol authentication technology,the system also designed and accomplished an interface to acquire account information from AD server,in order to import user information from AD server to the resource management system,and achieve unified user management between heterogeneous platforms.Presentation of resources at client end is accomplished by utilizing open source platform OpenOffice.Files in the system including office documents,PDF and images etc.can be accessed by online preview.By utilizing JFreeChart technology,percentage of remaining available storage space is shown as pie chart at management page.Storage space management is presented graphically by enhanced user-friendly interface.Sharing classes of resources are expended.Therefore resources can be set to be shared within the organization,or to be shared among selected contacts,as well as to be shared globally within the system.
