The Design And Implementation Of Civil Aviation Aeronautical Information Integrated Management System

At present,the aeronautical data and information from our civil aviation aeronautical information department is able to service during the whole process of flight,but there are still some gaps.So construction in line with the globalization,network,automation,information,interoperability and seamless development requirement,and can meet the demand of the future extension of aeronautical information processing system is imperative in combination with the practical work of aeronautical information.In this thesis,use C#technology to design and implement civil aviation aeronautical information integrated management system based on China's civil aviation aeronautical information management work.System design is based on the standard software engineering theory,and complete the core business functions code implementation,and system test and analysis.System design is to solve the current problems existing in the management of civil aviation aeronautical information.In this thesis,complete the core business functions code implementation of civil aviation aeronautical information integrated management system.Design and implement the aeronautical data management function,including the relevant information in the process of civil aviation aeronautical data management,such as flights,routes,terminals,airports,etc.;Design and implement message sending and receiving management function,including all kinds of aeronautical information message sending,receiving and processing functions,which is the communication function module in flight navigation,through the functional module,realizing the flight with the control center of information and communication,also containing the contents of the packet decoding work,to ensure the aeronautical information of effective communication and security communication;Design and implement management information retrieval function,including all kinds of aeronautical information online classified retrieval;Design and implement the system user management function,including the information management and authority management for users in system.The system design uses Oracle lOg database;the database model and database table design is based on the theory of relational database,using the centralized database solution to implement the civil aviation aeronautical information data sharing system design,which makes all kinds of information in a statistical platform operation,ensuring the data consistency and reliability for the user's operations.In this thesis,the system design uses standard software development process,including the system analysis,system design and implementation process.At last,complete the system test,and the result showed that the system designed in this system can be put into practical application.
