The system serves for the controllers of the flight service reporting office. One of the system’s aims is at providing a platform that it can transmit the real-time aviation information for each units and relevant departments of the airport. Through the system, they can be reflected to the user in real time, such as flight schedule information, navigational data and aviation weather forecasts, in order to prompt controllers to grasp the dynamics of flight changes, reducing workload and improving work efficiency.The feature and point of the system is aeronautical information sharing and centralized storage, in order to achieve the design of system and implementation. This article introduces about the characters of the system function and the development of related technology tools, it is based on the software engineering theory. It is mainly from the requirements analysis, function structure design of system, database design and made a final results of implementation of the analysis to reach.Through the system running results, it shows that the ATC automated information processing system function is perfect relatively and reliable running. It also can satisfy the requirements of the ATC controller day-to-day work, to provide accurate air information dynamic, at the same time, building a fast and convenient information service platform for all relevant departments of the airport. It can achieve the desired design goals.
