Improvement And Application In Mobile Video UX Research Of CAUXT

Portability and mobility of mobile devices makes use behavior is everywhere,the traditional user experience research have been unable to meet the needs of the research,the researchers to look to the remote user research tools.Our team is committed to explore remote user research tool that can aware the context,and develop the primary version of the context awareness user experience research tools CAUXT,and apply CAUXT to different user experience in the project,discovery tool should have the ability and value.This paper is to apply CAUXT to one case study mobile video software user experience,On the one hand,find the primary version CAUXT deficiency then improvement,on the other hand,found user experience problems of users use video software under different context,validation the value CAUXT in the study of user experience.This paper mainly includes two parts,the first part to determine data acquisition scheme and the acquisition target of the mobile video software user experience research,using the primary version CAUXT collected data and preliminary analysis,summed up the shortage of the primary version CAUXT,and then improve it respectively from two aspects of data visualization and context awareness.The second part is applying the improved CAUXT to a case study on mobile video software user experience.Mainly divided into two stages:the first stage is recruiting the user then collect and analysis data,found that the user use video software behavior and feeling under different Context,and summarize the user experience problems.The second stage is proposing the product improvement program based on user-centered design method,and designing the interactive high-fidelity prototypes of the web version based on Axure framework,then making usability testing of prototypes and functional satisfaction survey,verifying satisfaction of the improved design.This paper found that the data characteristics under different context,and summarize the context inference rules,improved the CAUXT.Then this paper use the improved CAUXT applied to mobile video software user experience research,not only can find users behavior and user experience under different context,but also to verify the value CAUXT in the research of user experience.
