With the rapid development of sensor,wireless communication and sensor network technology,the application of Internet of Things technology in industrial manufacturing has received extensive attention.As a joint component of automotive drive system,the universal joint's manufacturing process is complicated,and its management system is also very complex and huge.The monitoring capacity of the general manufacturing enterprises is relatively weak,including the monitoring of the production process for real-time status,the product cycle and other information,which results the unsynchronization between the enterprise production management system and the real-time production information.In addition,various parts of the original enterprise information system are lack of resource sharing because of the excessive independent of the system and the lack of top-level design.In view of the above problems,this paper introduces the technology of the Internet of Things to the manufacturing process of the universal joint,designs and realizes the universal joint manufacturing system.The system can not only helps to solve the faults of the management and control of the universal joint manufacturing enterprise,but also optimize the production decision-making.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Review the related literatures,analyze the research background and significance of the system,introduce the research status of the Internet of Things system at home and abroad,and expound the knowledge of related fields.(2)According to the manufacturing flow of the universal joint and the related business process,the system requirements are analyzed,and the network structure of universal joint manufacturing object is designed.(3)Design the sensing layer of the system to realize the data collection of the heterogeneous sensor nodes,process and transmit the data through the sensor gateway to ensure that the underlying data can be uploaded to the service platform layer safely and efficiently.(4)Design and implement the service platform layer of the system.Based on the Node.js platform,a fast and efficient Express server development framework is adopted,thus service platform interface heterogeneous problem is shielded by a unified style REST(Representational State Transfer),which ensuring the system's low coupling and high scalability.Then the process of data persistence is expounded,and finally the connection between real-time production information and production management is realized.(5)The function and performance of the system are briefly tested.The results show that the system is efficient and reliable.
