For the past few years, the Internet of things vertical, isolated mainly industrial applications, deployment of high costs, lack of inter-system data sharing boast industry. Therefore, building a more open, flexible, extensible system architecture is the mainstream of today’s the Internet of things research.The Internet of Things between common data management system, can not be convenient and effective interactive, shared sensor information data, because the different Internet of Things using different operating system languages, hardware, database, server, and deployed in heterogeneous communication environment. We therefore urgently need a run on the Internet, HTTP based transport, cross-platform, loosely coupled architecture WEB-based REST-style services take full advantage of the characteristics of the HTTP protocol, it is a lightweight solution.The topic-the design and research of Sensor Data Management System based on REST architecture.Users can upload sensor data into the system, by means og the service provided by the system, to achieve WEB page feedback control; visual alarm function and social data platform. Another feature of the system is designed based on RESTful style interface, making the system the sensor data can be better for external calls to other systems platform.The main work of this paper is as follows:1) THE comparison and analysis of REST-style service frameworks and other service’s(RPC, SOAP), summed up their advantages and disadvantages.Explains the concept and development status of REST, and the basic principles of the analysis and implementation of REST.2) acquisition and processing of sensor data by arduino board, use MySQL database storage. The data are used for sensor data management system management, for implementing feedback control, data visualization, social platform alarm functions, and build external REST style interface by JAVA framework of Jersey.3) The realization of architecture B/S mode REST services, and implement sensor data management system. The system is based on REST architecture JAVA development, with Sping and Jersey framework combining the solutions implemented.4) On the basis of the sensor data to implement REST service management system, the data RESTful style interface by acquiring the system to achieve the sensor data display, feedback control, alarm functions.With Jquey Mobile build the front page and use Charjs by RESTful style interface to obtain data, data visualization, feedback control.Weibo communicate using RESTful style interfaces with the system, to implement an alarm function.Study how to use the popular js framework to achieve the REST architecture AJAX asynchronous service requests for data processing and returns, analyze and reflect on the advantages of REST architecture interface sensor data management system provides.
