In recent years,there is a rapid development in Information Technology.The functions o f Internet and the information context has been changed a lot with the continuous improve ment of the Internet market. Now the Internet is more than a information provider, the platfo rm for exchanging and sharing information in the original sense,but also a important news s preading tool with powerful social influence and capability of public opinion mobilization, t he existing network transmission pattern began to change with a increase in Weibo, WeChat, zhihu, tianya users,which make the influence of the network speech and transmission up to a new level. the network public opinion is becoming the main form of expression,but the ne twork group incidents is a new form in network era. It has serveral characteristics as follows: users with invisibility, the outbreak time instantaneity, aggreate energy multiplication and demands of confidentiality of the content.This article aims to study the core of the mechanism and countermeasures of network gro up incidents.
