Design And Implementation Of Automatic Evaluation Management System Based On Evidence-based Medicine

With the great progress of IT technologies,as well as the increasing user popularity of medical information system,vast medical resources have been produced in evidence-based medicine and in the process of clinical medical practices.Nevertheless,the organization and processing of the resources by the system is restricted to the medical process,so that,more valuable resources for data collection and analysis in evidence-based medicine cannot be provided by better medical services.The main purposes of the system are to make the collected data resources more precise and the analysis of medical statistics more effective,as well as to promote teaching and scientific research effectively in evidence-based medicine and clinical diagnosis.Based on the analysis of establishing a system to collect medical data and to provide medical services,this paper adopted techniques such as Hibernate and Struts,designed and realized a set of WEB client management system appropriate for medical services,which aimed to collect vast amounts of medical information,and to carry out statistical analysis.Firstly,the paper briefly introduced the objective,focused general process of evidence-based medicine,explained the fundamental principle of the automatic evaluation system,and summarized the system development relevant framework of Struts + Hibernate.Secondly,the paper analyzed and designed the system in the aspect of functions and data requirements.The functions of the system are divided into three modules,common users,doctor's business and backstage management.Finally,based on demand analysis and design,the paper expounded the development environment,implemented the system in the five layers,namely data,persistent,model,controller and view.Besides,the realizing details of each layer were introduced,and the functions of the view layer were illustrated by listing the corresponding pages.The evidence-based medicine management system based on framework of Struts plus Hibernate has advantages of flexible structure,easy maintenance,favorable expansibility and friendly interface,the system operation is steady and reliable.The system realizes collection and analysis of vast evidences for evidence-based medicine,as well as provides a platform for the users to check whether the examination indexes are normal and carry out evaluation.With further improving of the system,the application fields will be gradually extended.
