Traditional Chinese Medicine has been existing for thousands of years,which has been deeply loved and highly valued by medical users because of its pure natural characteristics and small side effects.But the traditional medicine cabinet occupies most of the drugstores and this traditional dispensing method,which has been used for thousands of years,has increasingly shown downsides in today s highly efficient society:error-prone in storing and grasping medicine,inaccurate amount of reagents and time-consuming.This is why this Automatic Dispensing System of Traditional Chinese Medicine is designed.The system integrates functions of storage,smashing and sending of Chinese medicine,and it is simple in operation,accurate in dosage and short in dispensing process.This thesis completes the design of the embedded system of automatic dispensing of traditional Chinese medicine and tests its corresponding functions.The specific work is as follows:(1)In view of the different shapes of Chinese medicinal materials,according to the Pharmacopoeia and the use of clinical medicine,a corresponding drug delivery scheme is designed to ensure that the output error of the drug is in an acceptable certain range,making the system more in line with the actual use demand;(2)The hardware circuit design of the master control layer and the slave control layer are completed.The test results show that its potential parameters and waveforms are within the normal range,which is in accordance with the experimental requirements;(3)The data communication experiments of medicinal material between PC and main control layer,master control layer and slave control layer,from slave control layer to the motor(medicine box)and HX711 pressure sensor are completed;(4)In the control principle of the system,PID closed-loop control is adopted to adjust the drug delivery speed of the medicine box by controlling the duty cycle of the PWM wave in the dispensing system.As the actual value of dose is gradually close to the theoretical value,the speed of medicine box is becoming slower and slower.When the actual value reaches the theoretical worth error range of 96-104%,then the motor stops turning,dispensing ends;(5)In the scheme of drug delivery,the random process in mathematical probability theory is conducted to design the scheme of drug delivery.Total amount of daily dispense medicines N complies with the normal distribution N(?,?2).For example,the number of drug excess is N1,the excess probability is q and the total error expectation:E(Xk)?0,for medicinal materials,namely:N?1 N×q,E(Xk)?0,which makes the system more appropriate for the actual use requirements.In this thesis,after completing the test for each functional module,the functional modules are combined orderly according to the interface requirements,furthermore,the test environment is built to simulate the system.Sand is used instead of chopping,mashing traditional Chinese medicine.The results of simulated drug delivery data analysis show that the dispensing system is superior to the former one designed by other team in terms of feasibility and practicability.Finally,the whole thesis is summarized and prospected.
