Hospital scientific research level and medical level has a direct relationship.Country and the provinces the hospital belongs to spend a lot of research funding to do scientific research.Through the scientific research activities,the medical theory level of the doctors and the development of medical can be promoted if combines the medical research with the actual situation of patients.The second hospital affiliated of Xinjiang medical university is a three-level hospital,the outpatient department of hospital is complete.They have a higher level in the aspect of the research of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the practical need of scientific research management in the second hospital affiliated of Xinjiang medical university,they introduce traditional Chinese medicine scientific research management system,which is advantageous for the traditional Chinese medicine scientific research application and the management of traditional Chinese medicine scientific project.The system is developed by JAVA programing language and SQL Server2008 databases system.On the basis of the scientific research management work in the second hospital affiliated of Xinjiang medical university,the dissertation first analyzes the work flow of unit traditional Chinese medicine scientific research management work and determines which business handling are need to be implemented.The dissertation analyzes system function analysis,role analysis and non-function requirement.Then,it designs system software architecture and network topology structure.According with the results of system function requirement it designs system function module that includes personal project application,year check application,personal project change application,project final report application,department and personnel management,project management,scientific conference management and system management module.The dissertation designs system E-R model and database table physical structure based on the users data requirement and function requirement.Using the interface of the system implemented,the dissertation expounds the process of system implementation.After system test,the system is according with the original intention of the design.In the process of trial running in the second hospital affiliated of Xinjiang medical university,users think it is good and reaches the initial practical level.
