Nowdays, intelligent office platform have made a great contribution on improving the efficiency of the office. Using the computer to manage the community hospital patients and hospital staff can realize the paperless office, and make management more scientific and more standardized. In order to meet the needs of comprehensive hospital information management, Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is accelerating the development of information technology in the medical management, Information and intelligence has become an important way to improve the efficiency of community health management.The paper firstly introduces the background of Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine pharmacy management system, discusses the significance and importance of the project; Secondly, we analyse the requirements of the system and the system is divided into five modules, drug management, prescription drug administration, preparation management, medication consultation management, and system management; Thirdly, we analysis business requirements of Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine based on the idea of organizational structure, and compare original business process and business process reengineering; Forthly, the structure chart of the function module design are given (the package diagram), user case and class diagram used for functional requirements analysis; Fifthly, we use the entity class diagram, E-R diagram and database table structure of the database design to analyse data requirements; Finally, we make a conclusion of our work in this paper, and give our expection of furture wok.
