Continuing education has become a new form of education in the field of education. The key to the implementation of continuing education is to create a reasonable and effective platform for continuing education. The emergence of computer and network provides a good hardware and technical foundation for the development of continuing education. Computer network breaks through the restrictions of time and space, education from the two dimensions of time and space to expand, highlighting the sharing of education. Therefore, network platform can provide good technical means for the continued development of education.At present, China's continuing education is still underdeveloped, on-the-job personnel cannot pass through the effective way to get a job or business learning and training, even with training opportunities, limited communication channels, the educational effect is greatly reduced. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a set of scientific and rational and efficient continuing education platform for the development of the times, but also to meet the needs of reality.There is a great difference between the continuing education learning platform and the traditional classroom teaching. In the realization of continuing education learning platform, we should give full play to the advantages of network education, but also inherit the advantage of the traditional classroom. Network education can be realized in the learning resource rich, sharing and multimedia and traditional classroom can teacher-student, student student interaction to play to the extreme. Therefore, how to achieve in the teaching process of teachers and students, student student interaction is the realization of the learning platform are key to continue. This article on how to give full play to teachers and students, student student interaction on the full theoretical analysis and in the realization of interactive focus on the point to point, point opposite to form and real-time communication and delayed communication channels together to complete the interactive process, the learning process of the students no longer "independent". Focus on the role of interaction in the continuing education and the realization of the system in a variety of forms to achieve interaction is also a focus of this paper and highlights.In this paper, a university in the West as an example, through the investigation of the problems of continuing education of the status quo, to design functional requirements and module education platform on the basis of the investigation, and has passed the module analysis, development and implementation of function testing and many other aspects of implementation of the system of 7 modules:student information management module, student module, the student learning module, student evaluation module, student management module, teaching module, background management module etc.. In the design process of the use of ASP.NET technology to develop website system based on B/S model. The system is mainly designed on the platform of VisualStudio2010 software, the system uses three layer architecture in the design and development (model layer, control layer and data layer), using SQL Server2008 database for data storage. The final system through the interface, function and performance test, ensure the feasibility of the system used in practice. In view of the rapid development of mobile devices and networks, this paper gives a brief demonstration at the end of mobile learning and continuing education learning effect.
