The government information public is to safeguard the citizen's power,the construction of clean and honest governmen,the realization of social information fairness,which is equal to the public and the public library service,people-oriented,service concept.Agree without prior without previous consultation generally open public libraries as public service organizations,should participate in government action,into livelihood projects,the use of rich information resources,advanced equipment and comprehensive quality of Librarians in higher,provide positive energy for our government information disclosure work.Therefore,the research of public library open government information services,to improve the utilization rate of government information,has a strong practical significance to enhance the social status and the attention degree of public libraries.In this paper,by using literature research method and survey method of network,combined with three modes of government information public service in public library at present,based on the systematic summary of government information disclosure and public library information service relationship,the use of public services,public communication,professional public governance theory,in-depth investigation and analysis of the public library to provide the government information disclosure service problems,restricting factors,and actively explore the measures to improve the public library service of government information disclosure.Through the analysis,put forward the main function for government support,strengthen propaganda to win public attention,regulating the disclosure of government information work procedures,information disclosure standards for the government to develop a unified,perfect the publication submission system,shift the concept,the establishment of the special database,providing consulting services,strengthen the construction of librarian team in nine ways.The main innovation of this paper is based on the 31 provincial public library specific vector for the study,analysis results of government information of the 31 Public Libraries in the public service projects and problems objectively,based on the fact that,with data analysis support,the research results have general applicability to other public libraries,with a certain reference significance.
