The Shandong Library Platform of Government Information Publicity is a comprehensive network information collecting system with information work, information release, and systematic operation. It can collect the latest government entities at all levels of government information by fastest speed, and organize to connect with the regional library server. The system has ability of download, classification, statistics, analysis management, use and sharing data integration for a whole, and can provide information retrieval and document, print, etc. Based on user permissions control system, the platform realizes the need of system safetyThis thesis study The Shandong Library Platform of Government Information Publicity based on SOA. By analyzing the requirements of government information publicity integration, the platform breaks the traditional information integration, and puts forward the integrated model of government public information based on SOA. The model of top-down including Client browser, Business logic and Model, and the model make a detailed analysis of every layer. Key researches on the Business logic and gives data integration model layer. Based on the analysis on the demand of e-government information, we make the situation, and on the basis of the library system structure of the platform requirement is analyzed. With discussing the existing problems, we proposed to platform objectives.The platform is to achieve the government public information convenience query, use the advanced information technology to develop a comprehensive government public information management system. This system consists of system management, network information acquisition, data processing information retrieval, and user statistics. The platform realizes the government public information standardization, and open safety goals.
