Research And Design Of Management System For City’s Floating Population

With the place of the reform and opening-up policy, the development of the market economics, the mass population movement has become a remarkable social phenomenon, the scale seems to be unprecedented, very large, extensive and deep effective. Such a huge population movement has a great effect on the development of our economics and society. With the purpose of advancing the sustainable development of the society, economics, resource and population, we have to enhance the research, management and search the way to deal with the situation.This dissertation analyzed the population situation of a city. Through the analysis, there is a need to build the database of urban mobile population information system. This paper studies the information technology in the service and management of mobile population. This use of the virtual professional network by VPN technology and software design by WEB application technology and J2EE architecture will build a mobile population comprehensive management platform to realize the functions from the collection of demographic data, data management, statistical analysis, inter-departmental data sharing, and so on.In this dissertation, through the establishment of the city population movement integrated management information platform, we realized the integrated efficient service and management system, cleaning up the islands of information, enhancing the originality of the population information integration, increasing the efficiency of the population management and government scientific policies.
