Water environment is the carrier of storing,transporting and supplying water resources,and is also the space for aquatic organisms to survive.It affects the water quality and quantity of rivers and lakes,and also the safety of urban environment.With the public on the improvement of urban environmental safety requirements.With more and more water pollution incidents in China,the supervision technology of urban water environment safety also needs to be further improved.Informationization and digitization of water environment management is an inevitable requirement for regional social and economic development,and is the only way to improve water environment quality and make up the short board of water environment supervision.This article aim at solving the problem exist at City water environment safety supervision,used.Net frame technology,design and achieved a information platform for City water environment safety supervision.The database of this platform intergrated with different data sources in various formats,inculding online monitor log from monitoring devices and offline data from manual input.With this database,functions like the storage,check,inquiry and display of data and automatic alert of water quality became available.Thanks to the GIS system of the platform,the information regarding to the water environment can be found directly on the map.This feature enabled a much user-friendly UI and smooth user experience.The completion of it improved the utilization value of the water environment quality date and detailed inform,provided crucial decision support to the City water environment safety regular supervision and Risk Management.
