Throughout the current communications industry,the domestic communications operators,operational philosophy is still in the settlement of customer business needs and provide network access based era.Foreign-class communications operators have long been moving into the operating era of customers.In recent years,China Telecom responded to the call of the country,to carry out broadband China,optical network urban construction,FTTH family and unit customers to achieve full coverage,but the relevant customer service complaints also will increase.The current fault and complaint handling process,there is no uniform FTTH business pretreatment system.Only 10,000 customer service hotline access,reception desk customer complaints,and then assigned to the work order flow to the network support department,resulting in net staff,maintenance manager installed maintenance manager surge,large delay,low efficiency,customer China Telecom's service response time rate is not satisfied.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of preprocessing of the whole service online processing platform,it is necessary to increase the investment for FTTH service and open the corresponding supporting system to optimize the processing flow of the business department and network support department,improve the processing efficiency and response of FTTH service Speed and customer perception.This paper has guided the feasibility analysis and expected goal of "FTTH Service Preprocessing System",and combed and designed the implementation flow of "FTTH Preprocessing System" which is in line with the present situation of Jiangxi Telecom business.First,the analysis of the current telecommunications FTTH business responsiveness and customer complaints process of the problems and solutions.Second,the system R & D work is based on FTTH pre-processing of user needs,based on the "Telecom FTTH preprocessing system" design ideas and programs,including the overall architecture,platform interface,the main functional modules and database design.Thirdly,the key technical problems and difficulties of "FTTH service preprocessing system" are discussed and analyzed.Corresponding solutions and technical support plan are put forward.Finally,the paper summarizes the running ability of the system and puts forward the next step of optimization.The processing system has been delivered to the use of Jiangxi Telecom,the current system is running well,get the customer service staff and front-end staff of praise.
