With the development of e-commerce and other service industries,users will face various problems during their use.At this point,customer service system will be able to answer the user's various questions,and web-based customer service system is one of the most important channels.Traditional online customer service systems use solutions based on QQ or other instant messaging software,but the advent of online customer service system replaces the use of these traditional solutions.Therefore,design and implementation of a full-featured and high-performance web-based online customer service system has become a key project for enterprises.According to the theory of software engineering,aiming at the current problems of enterprises and users of online customer service system,we study the function and non-functional requirements of web-based customer service system,and it makes an overall system architecture design and detailed function of the system function design,and web online customer service system background subsystem analysis,design and implementation process are described in detail.The main structure of web-based online customer service system is B / S mode,which uses websocket technology as the technology of browser-side and server communication.The background system uses MVC model(Model,View and Controller are separated)to build the system.The system uses Object-oriented thinking to design classes and interfaces,and also use the framework of Spring,Spring MVC and so on.The system achieves many functions which contain online chat,customer service operations(transfer of customers and access to customer information,etc.),customer operations(application of artificial customer service and evaluation)and data statistics.Finally,the paper do a functional test for the web online customer service system,and gives the operating interface.After a complete software test,the system features composite design requirements.The online customer service system based on web session using WebSocket has a huge performance advantage over the online customer service system based on traditional technology architecture.It realizes capability of communication with less server and network resources and also has core functions of online customer service system,it brings convenience and value to businesses and users.
