Sales management system is based on the rapid development of Internet technology, so that the company can achieve a new management model of electronic commerce. Through the sales management business process optimization and building an efficient management platform, it enables the sales management to transform the traditional management style into special flat, controllable management. From the overall view, the system needs to have high stability, controllability and efficiency, thereby setting up good relationships between the company to company as well as the company to individual. From the customers point of view, the fast query can let the customers enjoy the hierarchical services and save time; from the staff point of view, the human operation error can be decreased due to the intelligent sales thereby providing accurate sales figures and reducing the workload; from the perspective of business management, sales reports can be quickly outputted with more intuitive, flexible and changeable chart, which are helpful in analyzing the sales condition clearly and making the decisions.The design of this paper is based on UML modeling according to the WEB technology, using ASP.NET technology, combining with Server2008R2 SQL database to achieve the Peoples Insurance Company of China sales management system. The use of UML for system management, parameter management, organization management, product management, sales management and other five key modules to conduct the feasibility analysis and functional requirements analysis and the use case modeling as well as the description analysis and the nonfunctional requirements, which laid the foundation for the design of the system. In the design stage, it starts from the analysis of the advanced nature of the system, practical, high reliability, and the design of open system principle, so as to formulate a general framework and function module design of the system design. The design of system structure is used to design the function of each subsystem module. The entity design and database design in the data storage and reading can complete the logic design task of the system. In the implementation fields, it mainly indicates the technical requirements, operating environment, configuration, and network topology. The module of the system realization code programming modules of the system uses the ASP.NET technology based on the system login interface and display module, in order to complete the implementation of the task system. The perfect Test plan and test methods are established in the system. By performing the analysis and performance test of the sub function in the system, the system can meet the daily management needs to comply with the requirements of this design.Through the implementation of sales management system, it can help Peoples Insurance Company of China complete the sales management scientific, informatization and modernization, reduce the daily customer management, development and order processing, query statistics, standardized management and sales information, so that facilitate the management and leadership decision-making. Through the design and implementation of the company, we hope to improve the efficiency of the staff, so as to solve the problems encountered in the sale. Through the statistical analysis to query the development of customers, we find that in the development of new customers, it also effectively maintains good relationship with customers and the system can also provide help for design and development the sales management system of other insurance companies.
