Guangdong UnionMan Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was established in2001.The company mainly engaged in the development, production, sales and service ofterminal products for digital TV network and is committed to the product development,program design and providing service of the family multimedia smart terminal marketthat is for the integration of three networks.The UnionMan company is a leading digitalTV network terminal equipment and technical service providers.If the UnionMancompany get their long-term and stable developmen in the economic development of the"Twelfth Fiv-Year" period, the UnionMan company should establish a good internalmanagement and operation mechanism and should simultaneously capture the"market".In the day when the standardization management of modern enterprise is moreincreasing and the difference of production technology is more reducing and thedifferentiation of product quality is more shrinking, the UnionMan company must putthe marketing management in a very important position, and through all kinds ofeffective measures to provide good market marketing services and build strongcustomer relationships and customer trust. Therefore, the UnionMan company shouldestablish a perfcet sales management system which not only can help companiesimprove the management level and corporate image, but also can bring more invisibleeconomic benefits for the UnionMan company.In this paper, Macroscopic Environment Analysis Method(Political,Economi-c,Social,Technological, PEST method)and the five forces analysis method are used.The macroscopic and microscopic factors of the set-top-box business which theUnionMan company is facing has been analyzed. And the internal and externalenvironment which the company is in has been confirmed. At the same time, theoptimization suggestion and opinion of the UnionMan company management with thesoftware engineering thinking and ideas through analyzing and investigating companyinternal sales business processes are given. The sales management system of theUnionMan science and technology co., ltd though analyzing the system informationfunction, has been designed and implemented. At last, the the UnionMan company’sown sales management system to improve the level of the company’s sales managementhas been finished.
