As for the informatization for realty industry, we mustcarry through the process according to its professional characteristics and followingthe mature ideas and advanced methods of management, in order to meet theincreasing need of its development.The solution scheme for realty business is designed for realty enterprise’s corebusiness, including the prophasic investment analysis, national land planning, realtyarea calculation, tender and bid for projects, etc.; it also includes building the sandboxbefore sales, three-dimensional cartoons and property management, sales, housingaccumulation fund and so. In all, it is applied to all kinds of realty enterprises.In this paper, author will mainly discuss how to design the informationmanagement system for house selling. Operated on the.NET platform and with SQLServer2000as the database, the system uses UML (unified modeling language) todescribe the subject and make models.Based on the work done already, the author applies data statistics analysistechnique to this realty sales system，this is my innovation for the system too. Usingthis system, one can find out valuable information, that will help enterprise spot theopportunity, realty market, the data statistics analysis technique developed here canalso contribute to researches like macro-economic situation, market-developingtendency, property supply and researches on an enterprise’s rivals and clients.On the top of the main functions of this system, the author mainly focuses on thestatistics analysis of data of clients’ needs and property sales. For the data of clients’needs, the system will gather, classify, and then analyze their different requirementsfor the size, price, house model and building style, creating relevant analysis,comparing graphics or data forms. For the sales data, the system will create thestatistics on regions, selling periods and sales records of representatives after saleshave been done and make a conclusion.
