| Recently, the popularity of technology for big data and cloud calculation changes the form of traditional media and provokes the development of new media. Guiding opinions on promoting the integration of legacy media and new media, which published On August, 2014 by the Chinese government, define the trendy of integration of the legacy media and the new media. The guiding opinions suggest that the key to the integration of the traditional media and the new media is that the legacy one and the new one are linked up associated. For this goal, the legacy media are trying to adapt their work flow to the integration with new media. For example, People Daily owns a platform with the ability of generating content for omnimedia. Besides, Hainan Broadcasting Group made a decision of integrating with new media to catch up the pace of the development of new media.After investing of the television broadcasting and consulting the staff, we learnt that the software system they need can be divided into news clue management module, title report module, editing module, reviewing module, draft management module, news management module, the system management module. Different from those ordinary news-making platforms which only be used in LAN(Local Area Network) as a platform for text edit and file transfer, this system provides more functions. The platform base on such a news-making model named “central kitchen” which follows a principle of “one-time collected resource, a variety of generation methods and multiple modes of transmission”. In practice, the platform is not only a news-making system but also a news resource sharing platform. What's more, several different departments can process with the same news with the platform, and then disseminate it to end-users through multiple media vector.This paper is about the necessary and importance of the platform-developing and introduction to the technology and tool chains which will be used during the system developing. The technology includes Java EE, JSP, Browser/Server architecture, the design of database, etc. Firstly, the paper tells about the design of database. Secondly, the paper makes a briefly introduction of the architecture and feature by means of telling the division, feature, workflow of title report module, editing module, publish module and management module. Lastly, when the whole system is online, the system can be accessed everywhere and anytime as long as you have an Internet accessible device. When login into the system, users can put themselves info work instantly. This system will contribute to the improvement of work efficiency in the way of cooperating and communicating without any gap which exists in the legacy way. |
