The media landscape and the reconstruction of public opinion, make the traditional media's authority and the dissemination efficiency is greatly reduced, and even has been marginalized. For survival and development, since the beginning of 2007, China has set off a TV station and radio station "two wave of merger" wave, and began to try to merge with the emerging media. However, the two merger with the form of financial and God did not melt, and the integration of emerging media are not the best. Television news true Omnimedia convergence is imminent. Must form an effective fusion model and the corresponding performance evaluation system, the real convergence of TV news media to its authority and professionalism, more rapid response capability, and efficient editing seeding efficiency and enrich the audience customized services, long-term sustainable development ability. To this end, the author chose this thesis topic, which aims to provide a reference for further research on the basis of theoretical framework, research perspective and methodology from the perspective of research.The paper is divided into nine chapters, including four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly to explains the research background, literature review, the main content, research methods and technical route. The second part is the basic work of the paper which composed of three chapters.. Firstly, analyzing and explaining the basic theory. Including the theory of media communication, industrial integration, industrial symbiosis theory, cooperation and evolutionary game theory, and so on. The paper draws a link between these theories and the research topics of this paper. Then, the convergence of domestic and foreign television news media experience in a comparative analysis. This work draws inspiration: moderate scale management, rapid and new media convergence, in the media convergence of bold innovation. These provide references for the following research. Next, the paper analyzes the environment and dynamic mechanism of the development of China's TV news media. Including the development of TV news media convergence of the process and the plight of the macro environment, micro environment and market environment, etc.. Based on the theory of system theory, the dynamic mechanism model of the convergence of TV news media is constructed. The dynamic evolution process and mode construction of the Omnimedia convergence of TV news media are proposed. The third part is the main research work of this thesis, which is the four chapter. First of all, it puts forward the convergence development mode of TV and radio, newspapers and periodicals resources:the convergence of ownership. The fourth part is the summary and Prospect of the paper. Mainly from the aspects of theory, practice and method, the research is summarized, and the future is prospected, and the future research direction is putting forward.The innovation points of this paper are as follows:(1) Discussing the omnimedia convergence of TV news.
