Research On The Whole Process Traceability Of Grassland Livestock Products Based On Blockchain

The continuous improvement of people's living standards has also made the public's health awareness increasingly enhanced,and natural green grassland livestock products are increasingly favored by consumers.At one time,the fake and shoddy grassland animal products are shoddy in the market,which not only affects the life and safety of consumers,but also makes the livestock products cultured under the natural natural pastures not reflect their value.Tracing back to the source,finding the true source of food information is an effective measure to solve these problems.Since 2011,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has made a series of achievements in the research and development and application of modern grassland animal product traceability technology by utilizing regional characteristics and its own advantages.Using traditional computer technology combined with new technologies such as Internet of Things and big data,we have designed and developed many monitoring devices and systems.By constructing the underlying wireless sensor network,we can realize video surveillance,remote control,automatic information collection,and pasture animal science.Management,etc.,with weather change data,soil monitoring,grassland ecological environment changes,animal and plant diseases and insect pests and animal body characteristics data as the data foundation,build a big data analysis platform,and analyze the pasture animals,grassland ecology,etc.Forecast and so on.However,the current traceability system platform is based on a centralized system architecture,that is,the mastery of core data is firmly grasped in the hands of related enterprises,traceability information cannot be made transparent,and there is the possibility of tampering with data.Moreover,due to the long supply chain of the whole grassland livestock products,there is inevitably information asymmetry in the transaction information between the various trading entities in the supply chain,which makes the transaction trust problem in the supply chain more prominent.Therefore,in view of the problems and difficulties in the current traceability process of grassland livestock products,this paper proposes a solution and implementation method for the full traceability process of grassland livestock products based on blockchain technology.According to the actual production environment of grassland livestock products,this paper starts with the characteristics of blockchain technology,analyzes the business process of traceability system,and proposes to build a traceability platform system using Hyperledger Fabric open source framework,respectively,which is the architecture design,storage structure design and intelligence of the system.The contract design,consensus algorithm,transaction process,and query plan were elaborated and explained,and the traceability prototype system was implemented.Finally,the traceability system is used to treat the transaction parties in the supply chain as nodes in the blockchain network,and jointly maintain transactions in the entire network according to the designed business process.Once the transaction information is verified and added to the blockchain network,the transaction information is verified and added to the blockchain network.Anyone can pass the public interface queries product-related data stored in the blockchain to provide consumers with safe,reliable,and authentic traceability information for grassland livestock products.
