The Innovation Service Model Of University Library For Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements

In the contemporary world economy is becoming the trend of internationalization of the era,the level of science and technology innovation become an important symbol to reflect the,Premier Keqiang Li at the fourth session of the second session of the National People's Congress defined the focus in 2016.It is emphasized that the scientific and technological innovation of the leading role,proposed the transformation of government functions,the expansion of colleges and universities,research institutes the autonomy,accelerate the scientific and technological achievements transformation process of the implementation of the measures,encourage independent entrepreneurship and innovation of scientific research talents,and strive to in the 45 period enhanced science and technology activities on economic development and social impact of the contribution rate,entered the ranks of the national independent innovation.In recent years,colleges and universities have undertaken more and more scientific research projects,each year to produce a large number of outstanding research results,for Chinese scientific and technological innovation has made great contributions.But due to various constraints,Chinese colleges and universities scientific research industrialization situation is not optimistic,according to the survey data of Chinese Academy of Sciences,scientific and technological achievements of the national institutions of higher learning successfully transformed the ratio of total quantity and output well below 10%,and the United States,Germany,compared to developed countries,the science and technology achievement transformation level need to speed up the pace to catch up.Based on this background,library as information service institutions of scientific research in Colleges and universities should to expand its range of services,service areas extended to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,to carry out the research of innovative services for transformation of scientific and technological achievements,in between universities and enterprises to set up new channels of communication,reduce the asymmetric information between the two,in order to adapt to the new requirements of College Library in the era of knowledge economy.This paper puts forward the innovation service model of University Library for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,aiming to improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,and to provide a new direction for the theoretical study of library science.This paper is divided into five chapters,firstly,analyzes the background and significance of the research,analyzing the present study situation of scientific and technological achievements into the field;second,according to the related concepts,including the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the achievements of science and technology,the difference between information service and knowledge service of library,and the construction of Library Science and technology information platform;third,the use of data analysis the actual situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China's colleges and universities.Here's a selection of Engineering Colleges of science and technology statistical data to illustrate and summarize the reasons of our country universities science and technology achievement transformation difficulty,puts forward some countermeasures and measures to solve the difficulties in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;fourth,and the advantage of the University Library in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;finally,the author put forward to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements Innovative service mode of University library.
