With the application of information technology, national and business schools toestablish their own scientific and technological resources platform to meet the needs ofdevelopment and research: by a variety of scientific and technological resources on theportal, the construction of a comprehensive, multi-level, interactivenetwork platform,with scientific and standardized management of these information resources integrationand integration and a unified user management, unified resource management andunified access control. On the basis of the Digital Enterprise, the integration of a varietyof digital scientific and technological resources, and ultimately the sharing of scientificand technological resources. This paper first introducesthe significance of digital campus construction the significance and multimedia learningresources construction of public service platform for the construction of school digitized.Then introduced the theory of multimedia learning resources of public service platformand development platform technology, and introduced an information managementsystem. After public service platform of multimedia learning resources systemrequirements analysis and overall design. Then describes the database design and thedesign of the core modules of the system. Finally, the implementation and testing of thesystem are described.The topics give full play to the client’s processing power, high security, fastresponse characteristics, the paper describes the architecture of the platform, modules,and database management, resource management, user management and other coremodule design ideas.
