But with the development of the enterprise, all kinds of business requirements put forward continuously, and make the existing system can't meet the requirements of enterprise, therefore in combination with the practical situation of the company's demand and put forward the new demand of ERP.The company needs to through the ERP system implementation from sales to the production of a supply chain management, including marketing part mainly refers to the existing sales a, villages and towns, KA and electricity related business information management, implementation from sales plan to execute, expense, this a few integrated control of the process of sales behavior. And hope can through the integration of ERP system implementation of information platform, improve work efficiency, optimize the existing business approval process, finally realizes the logistics, information flow, cash flow, workflow, the unification of the decision-making flow.
