With the continuous development of information technology, adaptive software system began to cause more and more scholars research. Current workflow systems lack of support for dynamic adapt in business process, the traditional way of management system has been unable to meet the demand that the system can autonomously deal with complex dynamic environment through adjusting its own performance parameters. This thesis is based on the discussion of this issue.The workflow system contains a very wide range of business areas, educational management system is one of the important applications. Firstly, this article mainly focuses on the educational administration system of the non-functional requirements(Non- Functional Requirement, NFR), analyzes the features and types of NFRs.According to the non-functional requirements analysis model of a kind of QSIG figure(Quality Soft-goal Interdependency Graphs, quantitative analysis of Soft goal interdependence figure or Soft goal coupling),proposes the non-functional requirements of educational administration system.Secondly, by analyzing and researching the optimization system, this paper puts forward the optimization goal of the system. Namely,the goal is to optimize processes and resources.Then combined with the adaptive technology to optimize the processes.In order to monitor and analysis the processes in real-time, using the jBPM technology to analysis the history information of the processes.According to the optimization model, this paper proposes a query optimization algorithm according to the history information(Process Search Self- optimizing Algorithm, PSSOA) and combined with ant colony algorithm, to find the optimal set of Process fragments. Through the process optimization model for process instances for dynamic resource allocation, thus achieve the optimization of educational administration system, improve the system ability to solve problems independently.Through the process optimization model for process instances for dynamic resource allocation, thus achieves the goal for the optimization of educational administration system, and improves the ability to solve problems independently. We realize self-optimizing subsystem of educational administration management based onjBPM by using java language.Finally, through experiment contrast, this paper adopted by the system for the process optimization model is greatly shorten the operation time of the system, thus improves the efficiency of the system.
