Flexible electronics, with its unique flexibility and extensibility, which is suitable for roll to roll conveying technology for high efficiency and low cost manufacturing, has been gradually advancing its application in information, energy, medical and other fields. Laminate technology is the key composition of more flexible electronic product manufacturing process and need to complete to alignment position accurately for multilayer flexible film in the laminate process. It is one of the difficulties in the laminate technology to overcome the laminated position error because of location mismatch. For the problem of laminated position error for multilayer flexible film, this paper carry out the technology and testing scheme design, mechanism analysis, dynamic modeling and experimental research work, the details are summarized as follows:First of all, this paper designed the laminate technology for the flexible film and scheme of the parameters detection, which mainly includes the flexible film tension, speed and laminated position error and other key parameters of the detection program, and selected the key components.Secondly, this paper analyzed the formation mechanism of laminated position error. Under the background of single-layer film in double roller feed drive, this paper derived the position error model for single-layer film marks, and analyzed detailedly the influences mechanism of initial tension changes, roller eccentricity and initial velocity for the laminated position error.Then, this paper established the dynamic model of laminated position error. Combined with laminate process, based on the conservation of mass, established the model of laminated position error for flexible film under the common action of tension and speed, and carried out matlab simulation analysis, using control variable method to analyze mainly initial tension, initial velocity, the tensile stiffness and so on.Finally, experiments proved the proposed rules and model of laminated position error. Use the actual flexible RFID label continuous laminate equipment as the platform, proved the flexible film strain regularity and model of laminated position error for multilayer flexible film step by step. At the same time, this paper proposed the error compensation scheme and the off-line test showed that the scheme has good effect, and it meets the requirements of the flexible RFID label continuous laminate equipment.The dynamics model of laminated position error in this paper has been proved by experiments in the flexible RFID label continuous laminate equipment, and it can be used for real time prediction and precise compensation of laminated position error and has a good application effect.
