This paper selected reports on The Wall Street Journal about Chinese companies listed in the US for study samples,based on the high medium and low level of Framing Theory of Zang Guoren scholar,using content analysis,case analysis and frame analysis on 330 English news articles.This paper analyzed and summarized the reports on The Wall Street Journal on general,and had lasted more research from the vertical aspects of the "Wall Street Journal" reports,in order to summarize the changes of Frame Theory used in reports in 23 years.Studies have shown three aspects of the news changes about reports on The Wall Street Journal about Chinese companies listed during the 23-year period.Namely,reported issues changes from a simple to the rich;topic of reportschanges from negative to neutral;frame coverage changes from "political framework" to "economic framework".Finally,this paper gives two recommendations to the Chinese financial media based on the research.One is that the financial media should implement journalistic professionalism in reports and improve the professionalism of the news;the other is financial media should promote international coverage,enhance the right to speak in the international reports of economic news.
