In recent years, with the development of the Internet of things technology, the era of Internet of things which takes the "Comprehensive perception" as the basic characteristics is just around the corner. This puts forward a higher request to network convergence which with the large-scale sensor data. The real-time data in the industrial field need to achieve interoperability through wireless or wired communication mode, but the difference of sensor application demand on the scene and equipment suppliers act things in their own way lead to the diversification of data interface and communication protocol in perceived equipment. In order to satisfy the application requirements of field data acquisition, transmission and processing, It is imperative to design a kind of special equipment which can compose Ad hoc Network, Multi-protocol conversion, Heterogeneous network data collaboration processing and the sensing data network convergence.Direct against the above situation, this paper designed a kind of data acquisition controller which is applicable to all kinds of industrial field. The controller can not only complete data acquisition of multiple sensing devices, but also support a wide variety of protocols’ matching analysis and conversion to achieve the data’s remote transmission and aggregation. The controller adopts advanced embedded technology, the embedded real-time operating system, isolates8analog input channels,2analog output channels and the isolation of8digital input/output channels. The system owns the RS-485isolation bus interface, supports a variety of2.4G ZigBee based on ZigBee and GPRS communication methods., it can take the initiative to form autonomous communication network and realize clustering wireless network communication. With the idea of modular design, it achieves intensive development of associated in the mono-equipment and reduces the size of equipment and hardware cost on the basis of reliable operation of the equipment.First of all, this paper analyzes the wireless ad-hoc network method which can be implemented successfully, According to the multi-protocol, multi-signal input and output mode and the principle of high reliability and high cost principle, this article describes the overall design philosophy, the embedded hardware implementations and the software design of data acquisition controller. Then makes an analysis to the selection and design of different modular circuit and makes software design to data acquisition controller by using the ideas of stratification and modularization. Finally, the data acquisition controller is applied in heat transfer station remote monitoring system and management system of small and medium-sized thermal power plants operation and management system. The data acquisition controller can complete the data collection of all sorts of equipment at the scene and the transmission of the data center server to realize its application value. It will greatly improve the economic benefits of enterprises and effectively promote the progress of technology of Internet data gathering.
