Hydraulic Support Guard Plate And Monitoring System Research

Hydraulic support guard plate is an important device of mechanized coal mining, by supporting jack control to complete the retraction process of coal wall support. Its working condition restricts the normal operation of the hydraulic support, when protection board retraction is not in place when may and shearer collision or not to coal wall of effective support, would affect the safety of fully mechanized mining equipment and personnel. So the research on the guard board and the monitoring system is particularly important. The main work of this paper includes:Based on the fully mechanized mining technology, analyzed the linkage process of "three machines", and determined the safe distance from the position of the coal mining machine; Based on the structure and working process of the support plate to design the overall scheme of the guard board and monitoring system; Selected the hardware of the monitoring system, including pressure sensors, inductive proximity switches and PLC; Using Lab VIEW as the development platform to design the system software, and realize the functions of data acquisition, data processing, data storage and query, alarm and so on; Completed the communication between the host computer and the programmable controller, and designed the communication program between the programmable controller and the support controller, improved the automation level of the monitoring system; Finally, through the laboratory test that the data acquisition, transmission and real-time alarm are realized, reached the design requirements of the monitoring system.The research of this paper provides the necessary reference for the development of fully mechanized mining face in the direction of automation and automation, it also has certain reference and guiding significance to the development of similar monitoring system.
