With the efficient and productive development of our country's coal industry, the upgrading of coal mine primal system is getting more and more attention. Such as the monitoring lag and data delay of the mechanized mining automation system has caused tremendous hazards for coal production and national. Effective upgrading on system would largely improve network level of the mechanized mining automation System, and save a large number of labor and material resources. According to Tangshan Kailuan Guanghui equipment manufacturing Co., Ltd's requirements of equipment function design and based on field investigation, the paper uses the RS-485 communication and Kingview technology etc, and makes use of PLC as a master control station underground, meanwhile, designed underground various sub-station to achieve the function of the whole system.Firstly, this paper describes the development and research direction of the mechanized mining automation technology at home and abroad, and introduces the protocol used by the system. Secondly, the paper expounds the function of Fully Mechanized Automated Network Monitoring System, and the design of system hardware and software in detail. The paper also involves PLC hardware configuration, Software programming and the hardware design of the underground sub-station. Thirdly, the system uploaded underground data by Internet module CP343-1 of PLC. This paper designs overground displaying interface by Kingview Software on PC, also realizes the WEB remote accessing the monitor screen. Finally, the whole system is tested and debugged, and the system runs stably and reliably.
