In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,the development of fully mechanized equipment is very quickly,gradually realized the automation,information production,working performance,reliability and safety of fully mechanized equipment have greatly improved.Coal mining machine,scraper conveyor and hydraulic support are the core supporting equipment of integrated mechanized coal mining,which plays a very important role in achieving high yield,high efficiency and safe production.With the maturity of three machine application and design technology,the structure has been basically stable,so it is the main task to determine the overall technical parameters of the three-machine equipment.However,the traditional design process is complex,inefficient and overly dependent on the experience of domain experts,which seriously affects the design quality and development cycle.Therefore,it is very important to apply an intelligent design method to theparameter design of the three-machine supporting equipment.At home and abroad in recent years,intelligent design methods have been applied to the design of coal winning machine,but developed mining with can design system are mostly not considering in supporting complex coupling relationship between design parameters and other issues,which leads to poor applicability of the system,design of shearer isolation,lack of fully mechanized equipment product design knowledge alliance,etc.The application of the knowledge engineering design method to the design of the three machines of comprehensive mining equipment can solve the problems mentioned above,and greatly improve the design speed and efficiency.This solving method can analyzes the main technical parameters of compressors and compressors form a complete set of requirements of it,determine the shearer,scraper conveyor,and technical parameters of the hydraulic support design process,using the feature dimension reduction and the attribute reduction method got the shearer,scraper conveyor,hydraulic support the input parameters and the attribute weights of each parameter,to form a complete set of fully mechanized equipment compressors reasoning process parameters design method provides support.Studied the case reasoning and rule reasoning,model reasoning knowledge reasoning method,a knowledge reasoning method was applied to form a complete set of compressors,the parameters of the design process is established based on case reasoning and rule reasoning and the parameters of the modelreasoning design model,parameter prediction model based on extreme learning machine technical parameters for the reasoning of fully mechanized compressors,tested algorithm,model reasoning accuracy above 95%.With Visual Studio as a platform,with SQL Server for the data management tool,the reasoning algorithm based on MATLAB model tool,using ASP.NET technology,the computer programming language c #,MATLAB and c # hybrid programming technology and database technology,developed based on the knowledge reasoning system parameter design of fully mechanized equipment form a complete set of compressors.According to the initial design requirements,the system can carry out the reasoning calculation,and provide the user with the design scheme of three sets of overall parameters.Through the testing and verification of the system,the results show that the system design results are accurate,reliable and efficient.Reasoning based on knowledge of fully mechanized equipment form a complete set of compressors parameter design model and based on the knowledge reasoning of fully mechanized equipment form a complete set of compressors parameter design,system development,the system realizes the intelligent parameter design of fully mechanized equipment form a complete set of compressors,compared with the traditional design method,this method implements the intelligent design speed,greatly improves efficiency,makes up the existing intelligent design system defects in compressors supporting parameter design is not perfect.
