Research Of Grid Radio Monitoring Network In City

The rapid growth of radio communications on business, technology and equipment, makes the radio spectrum environment becoming increasingly complex, and puts forward new requirements on the radio management technology. We need following the three principles to solve the program: one is the construction of new type radio monitoring network, timely control and guide the development of subsequent radio technology; the second is actively integrate the performance and application of each system, promote the system application platform matching with the monitoring system; the third is combining management methods with technical, turning the management simply rely on technical facilities to on the system integration application. Therefore, the key link of the radio monitoring is developing the radio monitoring method and improving the efficiency of radio management.In this work, the following researches have being done according to the first grid of radio monitoring network system construction in Guangzhou: first, research on the development and application status of the radio monitoring work at home and abroad, analyzing the gap between our country and advanced countries & regions on radio monitoring and management, and technology. The characteristics and application prospect of grid radio monitoring are demonstrated, and the development relationship between grid based radio monitoring and traditional radio monitoring is analyzed. Second, research on the design of the grid radio monitoring system. In grid of radio monitoring in city, like Guangzhou which has large numbers of high density tall building group, a set of suitable grid of radio monitoring system scheme combined with radio propagation model and grid technology has been preliminary designed. And it has verified by test method. The results show the feasibility of the radio monitoring network system. Third, research and summarize the experience of project construction, put forward the solution to the problem of the system design and construction. Also in view of the existing extensive management mode is not adapted to the current situation of radio management work, the use of grid management methods, change the mode of the traditional passive management towards active service transformation, enhance the refinement of radio management and digitization, and realize the innovation of radio management. Now the project has been successfully completed and achieved good results.Research of the above three points are the grid concept in the application of radio monitoring technology, radio business information system, radio administrative management. At present in China, it is still in starting and experiment of construction stage. This paper aims to research summary grid radio design and construction experience, and combining with the objective reality, the grid of radio monitoring application and construction to do further discussed.
