With the development of mobile Internet, The number of IM applications quickly rise. WeChat, with its convenient use and rich features constituted, won the user's favorite. After the WeChat launched a public platform, the needs of automated management of WeChat public number for SMEs is particularly prominent, therefore, we designed and implemented a WeChat public number management system, to help enterprises quickly complete the menegement of WeChat public number.Combined with the need for management of WeChat public number, the system developed the following features: First, we developed the basic configuration of the WeChat public service number including menus, auto-reply and graphic message; Secondly, we provide the visual editing environment of personalize the micro-page for enterprise users, which is able to create a unique style of micro-pages, to meet the diverse needs of enterprise; Then, the system is designed using a third-party service interface integration framework based on Web Service technology can help companies achieve integration with existing business systems, like Phone binding, information inquiry and purchase products; Finally, The system developed a comprehensive behavioral data management function, which could carry out a detailed analysis of the spread and behavior of followers sharing, to facilitate business users in personalized service. The system is based on Backbone framework, which provides the MVC structure, that greatly improve the efficiency of development and maintainability of our system. After internal testing, the functional specifications of the system have reached the target. The system through the project acceptance in 2015. After six months of trial operation, the system function has been recognized by the user, the registered user of the system already up to 60 thousand people, and deploy user-defined business for more than 10 items.To meet the needs of automated management of WeChat public number for SMEs, This paper designs and implements a Backbone-based WeChat public number management system, to facilitate enterprises to quickly deploy in the WeChat platform and manage their own business and service.
