As the rapid development of the communications technology, The power supply reliability and efficiency of internet data center has become the focus of attention. Therefore,as a new generation of 380 V HVDC power supply scheme is gaining more and more attention.This paper mainly researches the 380 V HVDC SMPS for servers,and a two stage DC/DC converter is discussed in detail.Firstly, the operating characteristics and the advantages of the interleaving Boost converter are analyzed. Secondly,the principle of the interleaving ZVS PSFB converter with clamping diodes and its soft-swithcing,duty cycle loss are analyzed..For high power applications,the conventional wound transformer has achieved its ultimate power in certain thermal conditions,therefore, it is urgent to design a new type of transformer which can be applied to high power applications. Fortunately,the winding transformer is designed,the primary and secondary DCR is smaller and the structure is more conducive to heat dissipation. In view of the interleaved operation mode, the average current automatic current sharing method is adopted.In this paper,the design of circuit parameters, selection of the device, the loop correction and the design of current sharing circuit of the interleaved Boost-ZVS PSFB converter are presented. Based on the above analysis and design,a 15.2kW prototype is built, The interleaved Boost stage and ZVS PSFB stage are tested,as well as the cascade experiment,and the test results are shown and analyzed,It proved the validity of theoretical analysis and design.
