The basic theory and characteristics of interleaving technique are studied according to the situation in low-voltage and high-current switching mode power supply. For the purpose of power density and dynamic response speed, output connected manner and magnetic integration are further analyzed. Comparisons and conclusions are obtained. The working principles and performance advantages are introduced firstly, and the output ripple current characteristics of interleaving topology are researched thoroughly in CCM and DCM respectively, then mathematic model and design steps of interleaving topology are found. Furthermore, the current-sharing capabilities of interleaving synchronous-rectifier buck converter applied voltage-mode control and current-mode control are compared, and conclusions are received. The performance affections of output connected manners in interleaving isolated two-transistor forward converter are studied, and the variable parameters are selected and compared, the result shows that the one-choke converter is superior than two-choke converter. The paper introduces the theory and performance of magnetic integration technique finally, and the variable integrated methods are analyzed, then the characteristics of interleaving buck converter applied integrated magnetic component. In addition, the steady-state and dynamic-state performances are analyzed, and the simulation model is constructed.PSPICE simulation software is employed in the paper, the simulation results accord with the theoretic study.
