Research And Application Of Visualized Business Process Customization,Execution And Management

The traditional application system development generally using the way of curing the system business processes, business processes will be cured at the code level, which means after the completion of the system development,the business processes are no longer allowed to be updated. Although the above approach has shorter system development cycle, simper business logic of the system, easier maintenance of information and data, but also have obvious shortcomings, curing the business process will lead the process is closed, and the process can not be updated in real-time, the user operation is passive, the cost of system modifications is large.All of the above shortcomings lead the traditional application life cycle is short, if the user want to modify the business process,which means secondary development.In summary, the traditional way to build application systems can not meet the functional requirements of general users, at the same time, the appearance of Business Process Management(BPM) proposed a new idea for the traditional application developers, that applied system development combined with BPM, open the system process design rights to the users, such as business process customization and management, at the maximum extent to provide the design framework of business processing for the users, the user can use the system design framework design process, and also including set up the business process environment setting, real-time update and so on. During the development of application systems which based on the customized process design, we should also pay attention to how to provide more convenient operation, simpler and easier user interface of the process design.Based on the foundation of business process, key on the issues of process customization, execution and management,this paper carried out a detailed analysis and solution, combined with theoretical foundation of relational databases, abstractly presented a basic model ofvisualized process customization, execution and management. This model describes the process of customization, execution and tracking, providing a graphical design interface for the process design, through the way of dragging the nodes and lines to design the flow, allowing set constraint properties for each process node and line. Process execution mainly through inquiry and compare the process template information and process execution information, with this compared result to execute business process and transfer business information, at the same time, providing a visualized process tracking is more convenient for user to know the progress rate on a overall level, graphically show the tracking is also more intuitive. For the business forms customization mainly throughthe plug-in that provided by system to design the style of forms, we should specific the meaning of each plug-in, and the system through XML to store form styles.Finally, the author combine real project with the theoretical design to implement Chongqing Real Estate Institute of faulty equipment repair system, the system which based on the visualized process customization, execution and management has already built and put into practical use. Currently, the system is running well, it improve the efficiency of business process and won critical acclaim.
