Design And Implementation Of Business Process Customization System Based On SaaS Platform For Complete Car Business Enterprise

With the development of cloud computing technology,SaaS as one of the cloud computing delivery of a new business operation models has been applied in various industries.This thesis includes the author's own researches of the complete car business service platforms.In realization of the platform car sales process,the customization requirement of the business process is analyzed in detail.BPMN2.0 modeling technology is also introduced to complete process modeling.In the same time workflow engine technology is adopted in order to achieve the customization and execution of business process.This system provides users a simple visual online process designer which is for various uses,such as completing process design and designating task manager.This design revolves the sale process of the whole vehicle business enterprise service platform and the multi-tenant structure characteristics under the SaaS mode,taking the customizable business process as the final goal.Following researches has been done:(1)Analysis has been done for platform service of complete car enterprises and its differences.Through customization tools and process engine,the functional requirements of the business process customization system are analyzed in detailed.Finally,the presentation of main difficulties in the implementation of business process customization in SaaS mode is addressed in the discussion.(2)The function modules of the business process customization system including system management,business management,process management,process design and process inquiry are well organized.At the same time,the business and non-business functions of the system are carried out.The database is designed in detail.The customizable technology scheme of business process based on BPMN2.0 modeling technology and workflow engine technology are given as well.(3)Providing a simple and easy visual process designing tool is to complete process design and parameter configuration.Draw2 D drawing technology and easyui page layout technology are discussed.The online process designer has been completed and successfully integrated into the system as part of the system function.(4)Funding out an essay understanding BPMN2.0 modeling technology for business personnel.Meanwhile the process engine technology Activiti5 is applied for the realization of the business process.The research also includes the implementation principle of the business process and the ways to extend the business process under the driving of theprocess engine.Then the integration scheme with the design has been put forward on the basis of the authority control model in original business platform,including the authority integration and the business form integration.(5)Design and implementation of the SaaS oriented multi-tenant business process customization system is successfully achieved.Taking the automobile sales process in the original business platform exemplifies the system function module and the customizability of the business process.
