According to the statistics of health organization, lung cancer is one of human malignant tumors with the highest incidence rate and mortality rate. At present, the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer is mainly dependent on MRI, CT and other large equipment. However, the large equipment are expensive, difficult to achieve the rapid noninvasivity, early detection and screening. Studies have shown that VOCs in breath gas of lung cancer patients can be used as a standard of diagnosis of lung cancer. It is convenient, quick and noninvasive, and the advantages of low cost, are wide attend by researchers from all over the world. Based on this, our research group developed a set of detection system for the lung cancer breath in combination with research progress of the VOCs.As research gradually thorough,the system is discoveriedexisting the problem of the difference spectrain the case of long time detection. According to the experimental test and theoretical analysis, the reason mainly lies in two aspects that is the instability of light source in system, andthe automatic white balance of camera cannot be adapt to the change of environmental temperature.Aiming at theinstability detection problem existing the difference spectra of system, this paper intends to solve the stability of light source and realize the key technical problems such as image acquisition, to improve the original LED light source array, propose optical algorithm and construct a programmable camera for parameters of image acquisition system. Thus avoid the detection conditions of spectra instability, which lay a foundation for the perfection of the follow-up system. This paper mainly compete the following distinctive works.(1) The exploringexperiment of Light stability: Based on the Matlab platform, through the analysis of the change of RGB point array, setting up the analysis method of ? RGB.(2) The design of new light system: LED light source system based on an array of dots of the original design with full series-parallel design ideas toimprove light source drive circuit, based on Lambert led light propagation model, derived the algorithm of the light stability.And its feasibility is verified by tracepro. Last,through the spectrum experiment, verifying the stability and uniformity of new light source.(3) The builds of CMOS image acquisition system: the core MCU is STM32, and the selection of high-pixel CMOS image sensor is sensitive unit; CMOS devices with high resolution, small size, high degree of system integration and other significant advantages, the development of design programmable image acquisition module, so that the VOCs gas detection system camera module can set the white balance to achieve freedom, saturation, contrast and other parameters.
