Rely on modern computer technology, mechanical technology, and information technology to transform traditional dairy farm industry is the successful experience of developed countries in the world dairy industry, but also further enhance the dairy industry a huge space. Generally, daily farm management covers three important aspects: often for a variety of situations to make the right decisions in a timely manner; to provide good conditions for the cows so that they can fully play its performance; to ensure the safety and quality of raw milk, high quality. In these areas, the use of information management technology will play an important role. On the basis of in-depth research and analysis of.NET, Sql Server and other modern technology, design and implementation of a set of dairy production, management, operation, cows individual identification, government regulation in the integrated management system for cows of daily farm in the area produce food safety issues provides a reliable IT support.First of all, this paper defines the scope of the system, this system is divided into the dairy business management subsystem and dairy government management platform subsystem, a detailed analysis of each subsystem functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Then, from the logical view, deployment view, and data view multi-angle view of the software architecture of the system design, the system is divided into the presentation layer, control layer, business logic layer and data access layer, and it build deployment diagram and entity relationship diagram.And then, the detailed design of the system used timing diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams of UML 2.0 in this paper. The system was developed by Visual Studio 2008, and it was based on SQL SERVER 2005 database..NET Framework component technology to achieve a unified interface style and layout was used in the presentation layer; Control methods to achieve the control of users' different access to systems were used in access control layer; Cow management, reproductive management, immunization and other typical business process management process were implemented in logic layer; ADO.NET technology was used in data access layer to achieve access to the database.Finally, this paper carried out a detailed test to the system from two aspects of functional testing and non-functional testing, test results show that the business function was correct, performance reached requirements.Through application and popularization of the system in cow production management and supervision management, mainly demonstration daily farms in Shanghai have not only achieved comprehensive information managements, but also improved production technology, management level. The system has achieved intelligent management and digital scientific management of animal epidemic prevention, and the work of animal epidemic prevention has improved more standardized and more procedural. The cow epidemic safety regulatory level of animal health supervision department has also been improved. Users feel satisfied with the system.
