The e-government system has been adopted by government agencies to cope withthe official business With the rapid economical development. In the development ofgovernment information, government officials in the exercise of their functions producelarge amounts of information. A wide range of governmentinter-departmental, cross-industry, cross-regional collaborative work, governmentinformation must circulate between each node in the resource space network. Thisdistribution pattern and the application needs to reflect on the one hand the informationto a broad source, you need a wide range of collection, on the one hand, require fast andtimely access, sorting, and released. E-government, government agencies of all kinds ofdata, documents, archives, socio-economic data are stored in digital form on a networkserver, you can fast query retrieval mechanism by computer, use that tone. This paper introduces the MVC (Model-View-Controller)pattern on the basis of a complete, high performance frame system, and elaborated onthe architecture of the Struts framework and basic principles for the government to builde-government system to provide a theoretical foundation and technical support.This thesis introduces the research background of e-government systems,e-government development, the status quo. Then, how to build the framework of thee-government platform to address the key issues in the popularization of e-government,provides developers with a platform to quickly create e-government system, anddescribes the development of e-government information systems use some of the technical. Finally, with over describes the development, J2EE to build e-governmenttechnical details. According to the demand for object-oriented thinking, access thee-government system of the Chengdu Construction Committee, the analysis and designof the structure and behavior of the system. The specific characteristics of Webapplications based on J2EE, struts technology, and functionality to explore and try. Thisarticle is based on J2EE technology as a starting point, J2EE architecture and coretechnology.
