With the rapid development of Chinese economy, China’s civil aviation industry is in a rapid growth phase and expands fleet airlines. Accordingly, the demand for pilots of each company is also increasing rapidly. It could be say that the airline’s pilots already become competitive core resources. However, due to the special nature of the work required by the pilots, training period for pilots is relatively long, and the training cost is also relatively high. As a result, it is difficult to increase the number of pilots significantly in the short term. Which requires airlines related departments to studyunder the condition of hard to increaseing the pilot resource rapidly, how to promote every pilot’s utilization efficiency. A set of pilot training management system is designed in this thesis. Through the full collection of the pilot’s basic information and training information, the pilots are centralized managed. With the help of this system, airline managers could break the pilot limitation from administrative department, master the information of all pilots, and arrange the training course and teaching resources reasonably from the perspective of the a whole company, which could ensure the effectiveness of the pilot qualifications and compliance. The main work and contribution of this thesis are listed as follows: 1. According to CAAC standards, the airline pilot training requirement has been organized. The training management of the whole demand is divided into three categories as pilots management, training schedule and data center. Corresponding training management processes are summarized up for different types of training. 2. The overall design system is completed, including the system hardware design, system software architecture design, function module division, and database design. 3. The core module of pilot training and scheduling system were completed, especially the design and implementation of simulator retraining and proficiency check automatic scheduling. 4. The correctness and reliability of the system design and implementation are verified through the function and performance test.
