Engineering training center is the main practice place of cultivating engineering technical talents in the college.The traditional management method and single way of training are not only hindered the campus information promotion,but also bad for thecultivate of the students’engineering consciousness and innovation ability.In view of the contradictions between practical problems and actual needs in the Engineering training center,using RFID technology to develop a real-time monitoring and visualization management system according to modern management concept.On the basis of the Engineering training center information platform,I detailed to summarize the research on the system by front researchers, andanalysis the existing problems in the training center management.It is aims to design the suitable algorithm to solve the test paper generation and timetable scheduling problems.The paper’s main works are reflected in the following three aspects:First,test paper generation and timetable scheduling are both belong to multi-objective constraint optimization problem. I-intend to adopt improved genetic algorithm to solve them after analysis the solving methods of both.The thesis detail to introduce the theoretical knowledge of genetic algorithm,make the analysis of algorithm idea and flow,then expounded the methods of genetic algorithm solving multi-objective optimization problems.Second,in the process of design algorithm to solve test paper generation,using matrix theory to establish the multi-objective optimization mathematical model of the problem.Adopt the weight coefficient method to make the multi-objective problem transform into the single objective.The goal algorithm are short of the convergence timeand obtain the global optimal solution.I make the improvement through the change of encoding method and genetic operators. A lot of experimental data can prove that the generating test paper speed,efficiency and quality are all meet the paper generated requirement.Third,in the process of solving the timetable scheduling,first of all are to analysis each factors and multiple constraint conditions,then put forward the optimization goal and design the mathematical model of the timetable problem.According to the timetable mathematical model to adopt with three dimensional chromosome encoding,and design the concrete scheme of crossover and mutation operations according to the encoding method,then using an adaptive adjusting crossover and mutation operators to enhance the search ability and efficiency of the algorithm.The experimental test shows that the algorithm can solve the timetable scheduling problem with no conflict,and optimal the scheduling according to the students’learning effect,it is also beneficial to the maximize resource utilization.
