Scheduling system is one of daily managing content of many units. A fair and reasonable scheduling method is great significance for motivation to improve work efficiency. Currently the scheduling system mostly can be done by manually, as a result of time-consuming and errors. With the information technology development, scheduling can be done by computers. The purpose of automatic scheduling system is improvement the quality and efficiency of scheduling work. In the requirements analysis phase, firstly describes scheduling rules, use-case analysis and modules. Secondly describes the management on duty, sets date and maintains rules in functional requirements. For design section, covering architecture, class, functions and database design. The paper was first proposed sub-block algorithm, accordance with the requirements of MVC model for coding system and being put into practical use.Through automatic scheduling system can accurately and quickly generate the duty tables, supporting for manual adjustment, table printed and exported functions. The system provide duty personnel on duty each frequency count of the statistical queries and sets duty properties through friendly interface, maintains date type, date, classification, priority and relationships. The system can set gender-assignment rules and system parameters, also add the rules to complete the importation of duty reserve officer on duty or prohibit the duty. Through automatic scheduling system can maintain personnel on duty and set new staff counting.Through the test, automatic scheduling system has improved the quality and efficiency of the scheduling work. The system is simple, full-featureed, extender and good specific.
